We found it incredibly difficult getting hold of the agent and ended up contacting the seller directly on 2 occasions after phone calls were not returned. An offer from us was also passed on to the seller when we hadn't officially put an offer forward at that point. That said, on the occasions we did get to speak to the agent, they were incredibly nice and apologetic. Unfortunately for us though, the lack of communication made our experience with this agent stressful and therfore would be very hesitant to deal with in the future.

Nick and Ashleigh are nothing short of amazing!! We purchased our dream home through By Design (was Signature Homes then) and I think it was one of the most difficult and drawn out transactions Nick has had to deal with in his career! Our vendor was particularly tricky and needed handling with care shall we say?! They are both so professional and patient, went above and beyond and ensured that we got there in the end, eventually!
