James redefined property purchasing for us. He is knowledgable, most questions were answered on the spot and anything he didn't know he was honest about and followed up with by the time we had got home, no nonsense. Open and easy communication to facilitate quick progression of the purchase. House buying is supposed to be stressful and James changed all that for us. Couldn't recommend higher!
