William Swinburn and the team at By Design sold our home and I could not have asked for more. Ours was not a straightforward sale, and William earned every penny of his commission. He was proactive from start to finish, kept me updated without ever having to be chased, and stayed calm and constructive when the sale needed pushing over the line. When it mattered, he made things happen. He is also the finest presenter of a home I have come across. He shows a house properly and with real care, and buyers respond to that. His wider team deserve a mention. The styling and staging were first class, the marketing material was excellent, and the solicitors he works alongside are top of the tree. Beyond the professional side, he is good company. Polite, genuinely engaged, always smartly turned out and relaxed with it. No pressure and no hard sell at any point. If you are selling in this area, use Will. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We met William when looking around a property that we eventually bought. He then acted for us on the marketing of our property. We were impressed by how William got to understand the USPs of our property and brought them to life in an engaging video and with an excellent write up and pictures of the property. We agreed on a strategy of an open weekend as my wife and I have young children so we wanted to minimise the impact of viewings. William said he would fill the weekend and he did, with multiple offers received shortly afterwards. Marie is what an estate agent should be! She is professional and highly skilled but more than that she truly cares about her clients. Our experience with Marie has been terrific. We had a viewing with Sadie, from the Bromsgrove team, on the hottest day of the year and felt moved to write a review, as all 5 of us thought she did an incredible job. We arrived early but, instead of waiting outside, Sadie arranged for us to view the gardens first, whilst another couple finished viewing the house. As we moved inside, she had both appointments running alongside each other, somehow managing to answer all of our questions, keep the vendors happy and entertaining our 3 children, who were making it difficult for us to see everything! It was incredibly hot, but she worked so hard to make it a good experience for us, remaining enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable throughout. All of the children left saying how lovely she was, and it takes a lot to win them over!
