William brought a completely different energy to the process. He was engaged, responsive, and clearly very experienced, offering thoughtful advice at every stage rather than simply going through the motions. From the moment I called him after seeing one of his “Sold” signs to the current day his professionalism and polite manner has made the whole process of selling our house so much easier. He was extremely hands on with the listing and all of photography (not to mention efficient) and his marketing campaign sold our house (above asking) within a week. GoogleWe were becoming increasingly frustrated with the service provided by a well-known high-end property agent when Will came to our door and delivered his pitch. A couple of weeks later, we rang him and organised a meeting. He soon persuaded us to switch to By Design Bristol, and we haven't looked back. Having dealt with a variety of agents over the last few years, I can hands-down say that Will is in a different league. His personalised service, daily clear communication, transparency and professionalism are astounding. We had one open weekend whilst we were away, which produced multiple offers on our much-loved home, and we accepted one over the asking price. He found us the buyer we needed quickly and seamlessly. If you're considering going with Will, I can honestly say you won't regret it. Don't waste another day. Just do it.

Will dealt with everything himself including viewings which made things so much easier. Will is professional, approachable honest helpful and enthusiastic. Communication is excellent. There is no doubt, the sale was a challenge with our property being somewhat niche and listed. The agent, Marie Fritz stuck to the task with unbelievable enthusiasm throughout a prolonged sale process. Marie was tenacious and so organised in bringing solicitors buyers and sellers together once a sale was agreed. Marie is a very different type of agent all together. After many bad experiences with the 'typical' high street agents who had no communication skills and where the sale kept falling through, having Marie was a breath of fresh air. She kept me up to date with everything, was always a phone call away 24/7 and always had my best interest at heart. She would go out of her way to make sure we found the right buyer and that it actually completed. She would always give me prompt viewing feedback and I felt like I had someone on my team who I could trust. She is more expensive than the typical high street agent but she is 100% worth the money. You will have a much smoother sale and more peace of mind with Marie. There is no comparison between Marie and other estate agents. She's one in a million and worth every penny. Thank you Marie!

GoogleWe have been working with KPR for over 5 years now. The original system was used in parallel with our old CRM software to specifically deliver inspection and inventory reports. It performed this function admirably and the data / detail presented was extremely useful for the business. 12 months ago we upgraded and adopted the new KPR Willis system to further enhance our business IT transformation journey and the resulting step change has been remarkable. Kim, Iain and James have been superb in their support of the integration with our new CRM, SME. The initial challenges that our Guaranteed Rent portfolio highlighted as part of the integration received immediate support. Some of the issues were extremely simple fixes whereas several of them needed a little more thought on both sides. However, we have had first class support at every turn and the responses to the queries raised as we moved through the integration process and initial use of the system, was excellent. Response times were in most cases immediate, in a very few cases, we needed to wait for an overnight fix. The end product, having worked closely with Iain and the team, is something that I am more than happy to advocate as a fundamental part of our business IT solution.

GoogleWilliam sold our house and we couldn’t be more happy with his service, he had done the research before meeting us, and sold our neighbors house next door. We knew we made the right decision to work with him. He came to our home and spent time in every room making notes for the write up. We felt that it was a personal and dedicated service from the very start. He is very easy to communicate with and really pushed for the best result. He lead the negotiations, and impressively raised the initial low bid to a bid we were very happy with. The buyer needed a buy to let mortgage, and he very quickly told the buyer what to expect in rental value, whilst getting a rental appraisal from another agent for reference to their bank. We have bought and sold a few times now and there really is a huge difference in experience when you pick a great agent. His efforts and wealth of experience did not go unnoticed, and we are very grateful. We cannot recommend him more highly!
