Domstay has solely worked with William Swinburn for the last 10 years as quite frankly, he is the best property agent we have ever worked with. William is extremely personable, his natural people skills elegantly complement his professional knowledge and efficiency. Always going the extra mile, he delivers over and above expectations, is excellent at negotiating the best deal for your property and embrace’s all the complexities of property sales and lettings to ensure a smooth journey. He has been known to step in to avert a minor drama turning into a major crisis, for which we are very grateful. We shall be delighted to continue to work with William for the next 10 years and highly recommended him and his company. Marta Nowicka - Founder DOMstayandlive Ltd

We had been trying to sell our flat for nearly a year with a number of brand name agents with no luck. William was able to lock in a sale in just a few weeks, thanks to his highly engaged, personable approach, his extreme attention to detail and commitment. He went above and beyond, and we could not have been happier with his service. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Alia as our estate agent, I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, respectful and professional, instantly putting us at ease as first time buyers. Alia provided endless support, guidance and transparency with the full transaction process - she was always available to discuss at any time of day. Beyond her expertise, Alia has become a great friend and someone who genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. Her dedication and hard work never went unnoticed, we’re so grateful for all the effort she put in. Thank you Alia for helping us secure our beautiful first home, truly the best agent around 🏡💫

First class experience with Alia Khan at ByDesign! Her attention to detail, personalised service, and responsiveness made our recent property search seamless. Alia is a breath of fresh air - she listens, understands her clients needs, and has a broad network base across Leicester and the UK. Whether you’re selling, buying or wanting advice about property, I’d highly recommend Alia.

Alia choreographed a 4 house chain with a multitude of unusual circumstances fantastically well despite the multitude of obscure obstacles that would have derailed most completions. Apart from the house I was purchasing,, she dealt with the sales and purchases of all the others in the chain. She was in constant touch with all of us,, alongside the solicitors, the estate agents and other agencies involved. The sales would not have gone through without her. Amazingly brilliant. I would definitely recommend her. Other estate agents may “ talk the talk” but Alia“walks the walk”. And in the most graceful way I have ever seen. Brilliant. Worth her weight in gold. Thank you Alia.

We had asked Alia in just to give us a rough estimate on our house as we wanted to sell it soon. But she surprised us by actually having a ready willing buyer and we essentially had it sold off market in 24 hours. It was all bit unexpected but a fantastic outcome I would never have believed possible. She is extremely approachable and never stops working hard for her clients. Easy to get hold of and always pleasant and helpful. We are still in the middle of the process but it is so much easier knowing Alia is in control and can step in to advise and assist. I would 100% recommend her without hesitation! She is a superstar.

Alia is superb. Super attentive to our needs as buyers, follow ups quickly to queries, on the ball with the sales process and helps chase down solicitors on both sides to get the deal down smoothly and hassle free! Added bonus of great advice on key contacts in the local area and how to navigate other issues even after the sale is done. Thanks By Design…we love our new home

I instantly warmed to her as she understood our needs, from that very first meeting that the property in question was not for us. Unlike other estate agents I had met she took the time to understand what I wanted from a home and what I didn't. Not only my requirements but also as a family. We stayed in touch regularly and she kept her word. She didn't arrange unnecessary viewings and kept faith, when sometimes I had lost. Fast forward Alia delivered on her promise made. It wasn't an easy chain to say the least and perhaps one of her most challenging. But she worked tirelessly and when many parties within the chain lost hope and wanted to pull out.....Alia came to the rescue. She never lost sight of everyone's goals and remained determined. She is more than a estate agent. She listens She cares She delivers Would I use her services again......without hesitation. Thank you Alia.

5 Star Service Marie from ByDesign is a breath of fresh air. From the initial meeting, through to marketing and then selling our property and through to completion, we received 5 star service all way, even when met with some problems lower down the chain. Thank you so much Marie, we would not hesitate in recommending you. This is how estate agency should be done!

We found selling our home with Marie of By Design Homes to be a positive experience. Marie proved to be professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the housing market and reassured us at each step of the process towards a successful outcome. All our queries were dealt with efficiently and quickly. We have no hesitation in recommending Marie.

After we'd made the huge mistake of NOT using Marie at By Design the first time around, we finally saw sense and engaged after a painful 12 months with a high street agent. Marie then added insult to injury by booking more viewings in the first week, than we'd seen in the previous 12 months. The house was swiftly sold for over asking price, and we were then steered expertly through the conveyancing, and exchanged as planned. Thanks Marie, we truly could not have done it without you.

I cannot recommend Marie enough - I fell in love with our new house the moment I saw it online, and Marie was there every step of the way. She is a power house, and not like normal estate agents. Every part of the experience felt personalised, and she navigated through all the inevitable twists and turns!! The whole process to sell our house only took 10 weeks and enabled us to buy our dream house (not being on the market when we offered!) I would not sell a property through any other agent, she is 5* +! If you want the job done - call Marie.

Maria has been the most charismatic and driven agent we have encountered. Our home being a country manor had a smaller market due to the price and size but Marie brought such enthusiasm and great sales techniques she was able to sell it for the price we wanted in a timescale that suited us. I cannot recommend Marie and her company "By Design " enough

We had the absolute pleasure of having Marie Fritz represent our home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. From start to finish, she was clear, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the industry. Her calm and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free, while her sharp insights and recommendations always came at the right moment. Marie truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She kept us well-informed every step of the way, ensuring that we understood everything clearly. Her communication was always prompt and transparent, which gave us great confidence throughout the process. If you’re looking for an agent who is not only experienced but also genuinely cares about her clients, Marie is the one. We are beyond grateful for her hard work and dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a top-tier real estate professional.

We were impressed with Marie when we met her and within 24 hours she had found a good buyer for our home and off market, too. Marie then kept in very regular contact throughout the process. She had a close eye on the whole chain and stepped in when there were some delays lower down. From deciding to sell to walking into our new home took less than 12 weeks and we have Marie to thank for this. Such a refreshing approach!
