No one should look any further than Alia if they require an estate agent in Leicestershire. I asked Alia to act as my agent about 6 months ago. I am on my own and was moving from Leicestershire to Gloucestershire. Apart from her excellent video and marketing of my home, where we had many views in the first couple of weeks, she facilitated everything with a view to protecting me from as much stress as she could, and she succeeded! At all times she was on the ball if any problems arose, liaising with the other agents and solicitors to keep everything to schedule, and I am now in Gloucestershire, and will always be exceptionally grateful to Alia for her professionalism and the support and help she gave me.

GoogleAn exceptional Estate Agent who offers a genuine and very unique experience, intertwined with utter professionalism and tenacity. He works tirelessly in the background so that everything somehow falls into place just when you were expecting the worst. My own successful sale was solely down to Adam who intervened when other buyers in my chain started to play games with the conveyancing process which jeopardised the exchange and completion dates which I had been asked to work to. Customer service doesn't come better!.... One last thing..... He's a really nice guy, you cannot help but like him!

GoogleGrace contacted me via mail shot 5 months into being listed with another agent. Her mailshot was outstanding. Unlike the franked standard letter with digitised signature, hers was in a hand addressed envelope with a real stamp on it - with beautifully heavy gauge paper. The presentation was outstanding. I was curious. So I contacted her and we met up 2 days later. Grace’s approach to marketing the house was new and refreshing. She was full of positive energy and was able to see the positives in a quirky, rural property. She understood my needs as a Seller and was quick to deliver a sales letter and marketing plan, again produced to the highest standard. Her photographs and marketing collateral were high end and working with Matt, she produced an outstanding video which she used for Social Media and the Rightmove and Zoopla portals. I had so many compliments on how she had interpreted my beautiful home and brought it to life with the video tour. Viewings followed. Grace was always courteous and mindful of making them as convenient as possible to fit with me. Unlike most agents who spend about 15 to 30 minutes in the property - Grace spent around 1 hour with prospective clients showing them around and working with them to see the opportunities the property would afford them, should they wish to buy it. Unlike other agents, her feedback was efficient and thorough. She sold my home when it was getting dark at 4pm and when most Sellers are looking to take their properties off the market. The property went live at the beginning of September and went under offer in mid November. Very impressive. Just like her. A property professional who is driven by the highest of standards. If you want a refreshing new approach to selling your home, it really is worth speaking to her and getting her opinion. You really don’t have anything to lose - but everything to gain. We now enter the Sales Progression part of the sale process. So I can’t comment on that as yet. However, I will be happy to do so once I have completed it.
