We cannot commend Alia Khan too highly. In a difficult market she worked persistently hard to sell our property, way above what we would normally have expected from an estate agent. She showed a genuine concern for us as people, not just clients, even bringing round flowers or cakes if we lost a house that we'd hoped to buy. Meanwhile she used all her contacts and her extensive knowledge of the business to find us a purchaser and her persuasive powers to get us the price we wanted. She was a really lovely person to work with, and we recommend her without reserve.

Superb agent who has the personal touch and really listened to understand what was important to myself and my family. Really open and transparent who talked us through every stage to keep us well informed: would highly recommend Alia @by Design if you want an honest realistic amount rather than someone throwing unrealistic figures at you just to get your house on the market then pushing for a price reduction. 10/10. Thanks

Alia sold our house to us & sold our family home of 15 years for us. She is very personable and always available to speak - she is an exceptional problem solver. Our sale definitely wouldn’t have gone the way it did without such an excellent communicator and leader. She lives and breathes luxury and is smashing her market for a reason! Thank you alia “

Aliya has been an outstanding agent, always available at the click of a finger. She responds quickly to any queries and brings a bubbly, kind, and accommodating energy to every interaction. Her empathy and ability to understand individual needs make the process seamless and reassuring. Aliya is not only incredibly helpful to sellers but also provides invaluable support to buyers, ensuring both sides feel guided and cared for. Her expertise in the field shines through in every step, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Aliya by Design to anyone seeking a trusted, professional, and personable agent. Truly an expert in her field.

I instantly warmed to her as she understood our needs, from that very first meeting that the property in question was not for us. Unlike other estate agents I had met she took the time to understand what I wanted from a home and what I didn't. Not only my requirements but also as a family. We stayed in touch regularly and she kept her word. She didn't arrange unnecessary viewings and kept faith, when sometimes I had lost. Fast forward Alia delivered on her promise made. It wasn't an easy chain to say the least and perhaps one of her most challenging. But she worked tirelessly and when many parties within the chain lost hope and wanted to pull out.....Alia came to the rescue. She never lost sight of everyone's goals and remained determined. She is more than a estate agent. She listens She cares She delivers Would I use her services again......without hesitation. Thank you Alia.

We had asked Alia in just to give us a rough estimate on our house as we wanted to sell it soon. But she surprised us by actually having a ready willing buyer and we essentially had it sold off market in 24 hours. It was all bit unexpected but a fantastic outcome I would never have believed possible. She is extremely approachable and never stops working hard for her clients. Easy to get hold of and always pleasant and helpful. We are still in the middle of the process but it is so much easier knowing Alia is in control and can step in to advise and assist. I would 100% recommend her without hesitation! She is a superstar.

Alia choreographed a 4 house chain with a multitude of unusual circumstances fantastically well despite the multitude of obscure obstacles that would have derailed most completions. Apart from the house I was purchasing,, she dealt with the sales and purchases of all the others in the chain. She was in constant touch with all of us,, alongside the solicitors, the estate agents and other agencies involved. The sales would not have gone through without her. Amazingly brilliant. I would definitely recommend her. Other estate agents may “ talk the talk” but Alia“walks the walk”. And in the most graceful way I have ever seen. Brilliant. Worth her weight in gold. Thank you Alia.

We used ByDesign to sell our house. She explained the process followed by the expert photography. Had a number of viewings and put forward offers from the prospective buyers. After a buyer was selected, she communicated to keep us informed. She acted very professionally and I recommend her services as an estate agent.
