Our home being a country manor had a smaller market due to the price and size but Marie brought such enthusiasm and great sales techniques she was able to sell it for the price we wanted in a timescale that suited us. In a class of her own

We had asked Alia in just to give us a rough estimate on our house as we wanted to sell it soon. But she surprised us by actually having a ready willing buyer and we essentially had it sold off market in 24 hours. It was all bit unexpected but a fantastic outcome I would never have believed possible. She is extremely approachable and never stops working hard for her clients. Easy to get hold of and always pleasant and helpful. We are still in the middle of the process but it is so much easier knowing Alia is in control and can step in to advise and assist. Even more, she used her network of contacts to find us an amazing lovely rental to stay in before we finally emigrate, which has made the whole thing so much easier! I would 100% recommend her without hesitation! She is a superstar. Basically, stop reading this, and give her a call!

An exceptional Estate Agent who really does offer a very unique experience. He works tirelessly in the background so that everything somehow falls into place just when you were expecting the worst. My own sale was solely down to Adam who intervened when other buyers in my chain started to play games with the conveyancing process which jeopardised the exchange and completion dates which I had been asked to work to. How estate agency should be done...

We were impressed with Marie when we met her and within 24 hours she had found a good buyer for our home and off market, too. Marie then kept in very regular contact throughout the process. She had a close eye on the whole chain and stepped in when there were some delays lower down. From deciding to sell to walking into our new home took less than 12 weeks and we have Marie to thank for this. Such a refreshing approach!
