Grace Watson was trying to sell our home. Consistently went on holidays and never caught up with us. Spoke about her weeks in Dubai while clients were coming to our door directly to view the property saying Grace never replies to them. We had a viewing with Sadie, from the Bromsgrove team, on the hottest day of the year and felt moved to write a review, as all 5 of us thought she did an incredible job. We arrived early but, instead of waiting outside, Sadie arranged for us to view the gardens first, whilst another couple finished viewing the house. As we moved inside, she had both appointments running alongside each other, somehow managing to answer all of our questions, keep the vendors happy and entertaining our 3 children, who were making it difficult for us to see everything! It was incredibly hot, but she worked so hard to make it a good experience for us, remaining enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable throughout.
