I can't recommend the Jacky and By Design Homes highly enough - approachable, professional and flexible with great communication throughout, always willing to help with ideas, contacts and other ways of smoothing the process. Jacky managed comms between both sides and our respective solicitors really well, chasing when needed, keeping us all up to speed. We’re in our new home now and remain grateful for Jacky’s efforts.

After we'd made the huge mistake of NOT using Marie at By Design the first time around, we finally saw sense and engaged after a painful 12 months with a high street agent. Marie then added insult to injury by booking more viewings in the first week, than we'd seen in the previous 12 months. The house was swiftly sold for over asking price, and we were then steered expertly through the conveyancing, and exchanged as planned. Thanks Marie, we truly could not have done it without you.

We had asked Alia in just to give us a rough estimate on our house as we wanted to sell it soon. But she surprised us by actually having a ready willing buyer and we essentially had it sold off market in 24 hours. It was all bit unexpected but a fantastic outcome I would never have believed possible. She is extremely approachable and never stops working hard for her clients. Easy to get hold of and always pleasant and helpful. We are still in the middle of the process but it is so much easier knowing Alia is in control and can step in to advise and assist. Even more, she used her network of contacts to find us an amazing lovely rental to stay in before we finally emigrate, which has made the whole thing so much easier! I would 100% recommend her without hesitation! She is a superstar. Basically, stop reading this, and give her a call!

We were impressed with Marie when we met her and within 24 hours she had found a good buyer for our home and off market, too. Marie then kept in very regular contact throughout the process. She had a close eye on the whole chain and stepped in when there were some delays lower down. From deciding to sell to walking into our new home took less than 12 weeks and we have Marie to thank for this. Such a refreshing approach!

The staff throughout the process here were great, Michelle, Georgie and Alison all helped us with what became a difficult sale with our upward chain causing delays. They helped with getting communication with solicitors and were always on the end of the phone if needed for reassurance or guidance. Very pleased with the experience with them and everything they did for us. Would recommend.

We tasked Marie Fitz of By Design Homes to sell our property, above a minimum value and within a six-week period. This was so we could purchase the house of our dreams that was on the market, knowing we had to react quickly. Exercising her expertise, Marie was successful, she found a buyer within a few weeks who offered an acceptable price. She kept us informed throughout the process, was always available, and her ‘bubbly’ enthusiasm was infectious. She was the consummate professional.

I cannot recommend Marie Fritz from the Northampton office of the By Design Estate Agents highly enough. We recently purchased a house where Marie was the Estate Agent and with her help we went from Offer accepted to in the house within 22 working days. It was a wild ride, but Marie was extremely good at guiding us through the process and answering our questions. It was clear also that she was working well with the vendors and having that high level of communication between parties is what allowed the process to move quite so efficiently. Marie also did all of this in an extremely personable manner which always makes something like making a large investment such as buying a house much more comfortable. I have recommended Marie to several friends and relatives since we worked on our purchase and will continue to do so. It is worth noting that although Marie Fritz is based in the By Design Northamptonshire office that our purchase is in Bedfordshire and I know from conversations that Marie also works in Buckinghamshire. Marie was happy to travel to ye olde Beds for us and our vendors so don't let that put you off if you are not in Northamptonshire itself.

Marie Fritz was not our estate agent. She was acting on behalf of the couple whose house we were purchasing. From the start she was very professional - the information she gathered, photos & videos that she arranged for the house, we're all first class. If we had any questions, she had the answer or set wheels in motion to find it in no time. She set up a WhatsApp group between us & was available to contact 24/7, answering when she could, even over the weekend. She kept in touch with the various buyers/sellers, estate agents & solicitors within the chain, updating & chasing when necessary. The whole process took longer than we would have liked (through no fault of Marie's) but she worked tirelessly till the end. We are more than happy to recommend her & give her a five star review. Maria has been the most charismatic and driven agent we have encountered. Our home being a country manor had a smaller market due to the price and size but Marie brought such enthusiasm and great sales techniques she was able to sell it for the price we wanted in a timescale that suited us. A true professional in her field. Estate Agency at its best ! We found Marie to be extremely helpful and took a very proactive approach to assist us in buying our dream home in a short time frame too. Communication was excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, very approachable and we felt very valued as clients.
