GoogleAs a buyer I was made to feel that my business was not particularly welcome. The person on the other end of the phone actually seemed to find it quite amusing that they couldn't / wouldn't arrange a viewing for me, despite us travelling nearly 400 miles to the area to view properties over a long weekend which left me a bit bewildered. Certainly not a company I would want acting for me if I was selling a house.

GoogleThe best estate agents by far from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble and it's great to talk to the same person,especially Natasha,so you don't have to keep repeating yourself! Whether buying or selling Fine and Country cannot be beaten and would thoroughly recommend , Mark and Lisa Streeter.

GoogleHave recently come in to contact with Fine and Country, Norwich via their Fakenham branch. Tiffanie has been managing a property for me. Sorting tenants and making sure all runs smoothly for both them and me. It's like having a mutual friend. Someone who obviously has my best interests at heart, but also the welfare of the tenants. Happy tenant, happy landlady. I've always found the company to be very personal. Not a typical estate agent. Their staff take time to get to know you. And not superficially either. I can't reccomend them highly enough.

GoogleWe have nothing but praise for Fine and Country Norwich. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and service minded individuals, who also worked brilliantly together as a team. They did everything they said that they would, keeping us up to date regularly throughout. Our sale proved largely effortless for us as they pro-actively took care of everything and thus minimised the stress one would normally encounter.

GoogleHaving used Fine & Country over the Summer months to sell our house we would not hesitate to recommend them. From the very start at having our house valued through to arranging viewings and then onto exchange & completion the professional service we were given certainly deserves 5 stars. The staff were friendly, always happy to help and everything was dealt with in a professional manner, we could not have been happier ... once again thank you to all involved

GoogleWe both bought and sold houses through Fine & Country last year. They were professional from start to finish, commencing with Cameron, who visited to value our house, the professional photographer and the very high quality of the brochure which was produced Natasha and Richard provided continuity in the office and were in daily contact, giving back client feedback and advising us accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend them.
