William sold our house and we couldn’t be more happy with his service, he had done the research before meeting us, and sold our neighbors house next door. We knew we made the right decision to work with him. He came to our home and spent time in every room making notes for the write up. We felt that it was a personal and dedicated service from the very start. He is very easy to communicate with and really pushed for the best result. He lead the negotiations, and impressively raised the initial low bid to a bid we were very happy with. The buyer needed a buy to let mortgage, and he very quickly told the buyer what to expect in rental value, whilst getting a rental appraisal from another agent for reference to their bank. We have bought and sold a few times now and there really is a huge difference in experience when you pick a great agent. His efforts and wealth of experience did not go unnoticed, and we are very grateful. We cannot recommend him more highly!
