GoogleWe recently used Brown & Merry for our re-mortgage. Andrew (the Mortgage Advisor), was very helpful and took the time to listen and understand our requirements. We've come away with a very competitive interest rate, shorter mortgage term and a lower monthly mortgage payment !

GoogleAfter my usual agent unfortunately let me down with staffing problems I contacted an agent I’ve had dealings with before only to be told the market is slow, tenants are scarce and they couldn’t visit the property for over a week to carry out initial inspection. I needed a new agent to take care of my portfolio of Aylesbury properties. I contacted Sophie and Nicole. I was away at the time but they collected the keys from my old agent and inspected same day. It was on Rightmove straight away and around 10 viewings took place within a week. A suitable tenant was found and has now moved in. Thanks Sophie and Nicole. Energetic, proactive, caring, attentive, diligent, positive and reliable. I’ll be using you guys for the rest of the portfolio from now on. Having experienced dealings with 6 letting agents in the town to date, no other firm comes close to the service provided by Brown and Merry.

GoogleI recently dealt with Cathy when renting a property via Brown and Merry. She was fantastic throughout. From registering my details, listening to my requirements and keeping me fully up to date with any new properties coming on to the market. Because she was so thorough, I did end up renting a property with Brown and Merry. Seamless service, highly professional and I cannot recommend Cathy or Brown and Merry enough!!

GoogleVery impressed with Luke and steve at the Hemel Hempstead branch of Brown & Merry . The enthusiasm and optimism showed by Luke when first pitching for my business convinced me this was the letting agent for me. The combination of steve’s experience and knowledge and luke’s youthful energy and willingness make this a most effective team and I have been impressed by their professionalism and support over the 3 weeks since I engaged them . They were able to secure new tenants for me very quickly indeed and so far all has gone completely smoothly .I have no hesitation in recommending them to Landlords looking to let in and around the Hemel area . GoogleBrown and Merry they found lovely tenants for us.The Services provided by them were Absolutely FANTASTIC . We also advertised our property through other agents but Brown and Merry were a only agents who were always proactive in their work. Steve and Luke were very helpful. Especially Luke is energetic ,lovely person always ready to help.He infact gave his personal mobile number and kept on updating.I used to get immediate reply what ever time I messaged him. In one sentence I can say “The best Estate agents in Hemel Hempstead”. Thanks you somuch Steve and Luke.
