GoogleWe just got the keys to our first home last week and had a great experience with Sean and the team at Brown and Merry. We also used their in-house mortgage broker Ben who was amazingly helpful. Sean was easily contactable and offered straight-forward advice throughout the whole process. Our sale was relatively quick and we were kept informed all the way. We feel very lucky to be in our new home so swiftly - thank you Brown and Merry Chesham!

GooglePleasant, personal and professional service. I've bought through this branch, sold through them, and used them as a letting agent. In all of the above they have been helpful, competitively priced and honest. Compared to several other local agents we've used and been disappointed by, they are definitely the agent I'd recommend in the area.

GoogleAs first time buyers with no clue where to even start with buying our first home, we arranged an appointment with Alice Waites (Mortgage Services Consultant) believing we would be told to come back in a few years. From the first visit, however, she listened and explained everything, and showed us that what felt like a distant wish, could easily become a reality. Along every step of the way we were thoroughly supported, and no question was a silly question. Alice handled all the paperwork for us, and guided us through the rest knowing she was only a phone or email away. I thoroughly recommend Newport Pagnells Brown and Merry’s mortgage advice services, we could not have bought our first home without their advice and support.

GoogleI currently own three properties in Aylesbury which are fully managed by Brown & Merry. Nicole and her team from the Lettings Dept have been absolutely fantastic from advice given, finding suitable tenants efficiently to dealing with any problems that may occur during the tenancy. I couldn't recommend Nicole and her team enough!

GoogleI would highly recommend the team at Berkhamsted Brown & Merry if you are considering a local estate agent - I was tempted to use an online one but I'm very glad I didn't. From start to finish they have been extremely helpful & attentive and most importantly they sold my flat quickly and efficiently. A fantastic friendly team who I wouldn't hesitate using again.

GoogleAppallingly bad service on the lettings team. All correspondence, and I mean ALL, was unanswered, regardless of whether it was a phonecall, voice message, text message or email. Follow-up calls were promised but never received. Took them 2 1/2 weeks to arrange a check-out when we moved, then said the property was dusty. It is now 6 weeks since we moved out and they still have not arranged a return of the deposit. I have yet to receive an apology or an explanation, and we have been lied to, fobbed off and ignored. Even their complaints department are useless. Have referred them to the ombudsman for several breaches of their code of practice. Avoid at all costs.
