We had such a great experience with Brown & Merry! From the very start, Jo, Vickie, and Henry were friendly, patient, and incredibly supportive. Having just relocated to the UK after living abroad with no credit history, we were a bit nervous about how everything would work, but they guided us through every step and found a solution that worked perfectly. What we thought would be a stressful process turned out to be smooth and straightforward, all thanks to their help. Wanted to say a huge thank you to Henry Smith for helping us secure our dream rental home! When I fell in love with a rental online that had no viewing slots left, he took the time to move things around and find a way to squeeze us in which I am so grateful for. He stayed patient and friendly (even when I called the office for the 100th time asking for updates) and he helped organise a meet-and-greet so we could introduce our dog to the landlord. Renting with a dog is never easy and this was a great idea to help show her nature and temperament. I would definitely recommend Henry and can't thank him enough for championing us throughout this process!

A service they provide for free unlike another local estate agent. Who wanted to charge a fee . Highly recommend Brown and Merry they came out as soon as I asked them to . Words cannot explain how grateful and pleased that we found brown and merry estate agents. After having to move twice in a very short period of time as well as being newly weds, it was a very stressful time for me and my husband. However working with Ellie on finding a new home was so straight forward and she was so friendly and helpful - it just made everything seem unreal as we were so used to experiencing difficulty and stress when working with estate agents - Ellie and brown and merry were something else (in a good way!) We bought through Brown and Merry- longest house purchase timeframe ever (19 months) due to broken chains and other issues. Brown and Merry were highly professional and supportive throughout the challenging process. Edward was encouraging and helpful every time we spoke and kept in constant contact- even with congratulatory phone calls on exchange on contracts. The best high street estate agent I have worked with- and I’ve known a few.

Really pleased with the level of service provided throughout the journey to our new home. Jamie has been instrumental in making this happen for us. I have just completed on the sale of my new home. As a first time buyer I found the team to be really helpful as they took time to explain the process involved. I had fantastic help and advice from Tom who answered all of my questions, of which I had many without delay. I have not at any time had to chase up or wait for updates.
