Libbe was incredibly lovely, very professional, very kind because a mobilise with a walking stick and I'm receiving Chemotherapy that makes me very exhausted. The team at the Hemel Hempstead branch were outstanding. We had no problems in selling our property, however, upon exchange, unexpectedly we experienced problems. Kevin and Tom worked over and beyond to help resolve the issues offering alternative solutions and endless support. Unfortunately, this was beyond their control and the issues could not be resolved, the house sale fell through. Due to this, the team were able to help me immediately to letting out the property despite my lack of knowledge on the issue. Eliot and Stephen were very professional. She provided us with important information and advice on the property we liked, helped us negotiate the price, and we managed to get the offer accepted very soon, at less than the asking price. She constantly monitored the interest rates and managed to get us the best deal available for a first-time buyer with only a 5% deposit. I came to Brown and Merry with some very challenging requirements as I needed a 6 month rental that would also allow dogs all within a couple of weeks. I have to say that they and in particular Eliot were excellent and went out of their way to find me options and set up viewings which resulted in me finding the perfect flat for our needs. Massive thank you to Eliot for the hard work, effort and non-stop help we were given by him when we decided to put in an offer. The communication was faultless, he answered every question we had within hours of asking, he kept in touch regularly and sorted everything really quickly.
