GoogleWe have just bought and sold through Brown and Merry and they have made one of the most stressful parts of our lives that little bit easier. We dealt with everyone in the team at some point and all we're helpful but Becky definitely stands out as a A* estate agent, a fantastically helpful, knowledgeable and friendly lady who made it so much more stress free....answered all of the questions i asked, and there were a LOT :) Thank you Becky and the rest of the team at Brown and Merry for helping us find our forever home for our family. GoogleAppallingly bad service on the lettings team. All correspondence, and I mean ALL, was unanswered, regardless of whether it was a phonecall, voice message, text message or email. Follow-up calls were promised but never received. Took them 2 1/2 weeks to arrange a check-out when we moved, then said the property was dusty. It is now 6 weeks since we moved out and they still have not arranged a return of the deposit. I have yet to receive an apology or an explanation, and we have been lied to, fobbed off and ignored. Even their complaints department are useless. Have referred them to the ombudsman for several breaches of their code of practice. Avoid at all costs.
