All I can say is Dwayne helped me through the whole process with ease I was uncertain at first but Dwayne and Luke’s guidance to educate me on the clientele, rental income and the market conditions was a doddle. GoogleI was so happy with Brown and Merry Estate Agents. Dwayne was friendly, helpful and on point and managed to help us with everything. Even if I was out of the country and my husband was doing everything alone, Dwayne was in contact with me by email every step of the way and making sure while I was travelling that all the boxes were ticketed and we got our house in record time. Really loving our house and my kids are super excited to be moving into our gorgeous place. Brown & Merry so happy we found you.

GoogleLied about what is included in sales package. Never provided feedback from viewings. Was told houses are selling if they are on the “at the correct price” but it was them morons that valued the house. Viewings for the house were clearly just people who were viewing others in the same area. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI am currently looking for a house in town and I have some quite specific location requirments. Sarah has worked so hard to help me find this house and although this is ongoing I have been really impressed with her support. sarah has really listened to my needs and wants and I feel I am front of mind as new properties come onto the market. She has definitely gone the extra mile. Sarah also reccomended Alex for mrtagage advise. This has been the most educational time for me and I am so grateful for the amount I have learnt. Alex has helped and challenged me with his questioning so I now feel confident that I will set up whatever mortagage in full knowledge and security for my situation. Both Alex & Sarah have been really friendly so it's just all felt really easy working with them.

GoogleI used Ben as my Mortgage Broker for my first time purchase and couldn't fault him for a second. It's fair to say I hit nearly every obstacle during my purchase but Ben remained calm and wasn't fazed by any of it. I honestly don't think I'd have ever reached completion if I hadn't had his support throughout the process, I can't recommend him enough! Thanks Ben!
