GoogleEilish who works in the mortgage advice area is fantatsic, she is really friendly and very knowledgable. Eilish always takes the time to explain things in a clear and easy way to esnure you understand all the options avilable. I wouldnt use anyone else but her again!

GoogleMy experience was pretty appalling. They talked a very good talk when I engaged them, but six weeks later they'd failed to get a valuation done and hadn't got my flat onto the market. They didn't contact me to explain the delay. Eventually I emailed them telling them not to bother and that I would go elsewhere. They didn't even acknowledge. Shortly after this nonsense, an identical flat in the same block as mine sold for a decent price - so thanks to them, I missed a potential buyer.

GoogleAmir & the team at the Berkhamsted office have been extremely proactive with selling my property. They are easy to talk with & any queries are resolved quickly. This is the only agency in Berkhamsted I would recommend to anyone in the future.

GoogleWe instructed Brown & Merry to help us sell our House. We wanted to emigrate to sunnier climes and were pushed for time as we had already found a house to move to abroad. Despite trying to sell in a very difficult market, Amir Ghomshei and his wonderful team in Berkhamsted did a brilliant job and sold the house. We wanted to do a little test of the market to start with, albeit in January, not a great time either, that proved a little slow. So, on the expert advice of the Team we took the house off the market for a while and 're-branded'. Having put the house back on at the end of April this year for prime selling time, we were delighted to have two offers within 3 weeks. The team make you feel like you are definitely part of it, if you want to be. They are very professional, work very hard, unsociable hours even. They are dedicated and have helped us achieve our dream. Thank you to everyone, you were awesome.

GoogleGood experience both buying and selling through Brown and Merry Estate Agents. Thanks to Carly in the sales team who was always so positive and enthusiastic, right from the outset she listened and fully understood all our property had to offer and this I believe resulted in a pretty quick sale for us! Cannot speak highly enough of her! Amir the branch manager was always available and on the case with all our queries especially regarding our purchase and the chain involved!

Couldn't get anything right no matter how patient we were and they couldn't care less. Wasted three weeks for nothing and the manager couldn't even be bothered to reply to my emails or make amends in person when i went to get my key back. Don't remember the last time i've left a review like this. Clearly so much work on they dont have to care about their clients.Hemel Hempstead Branch
