GoogleCathy Lawless - brilliant service from start to finish. I was let down by another estate agency and was at the point where I thought I'd not be able to get the right property at the time I needed it. But Cathy made that happen, she was quick to respond and get the ball rolling for me to secure the property. Highly appreciated and definitely recommend her services to anyone reading.

GoogleCan't sing their praises enough. I saw many properties with several estate agents in Aylesbury and none came anywhere close to providing the outstanding service that I received from Sean and Teal. They listenened to what I wanted/needed and lined up viewing after viewing until we found the perfect property. The sale had several complications and Sean worked tirelessly, professionaly and diplomatically to resolve all issues. If you're thinking of buying or selling in Aylesbury then you need to use Brown & Merry, they are the best by far.

The staff here are so helpful reassuring and you feel they are truly on side as you negotiate the legalities and practicalities of selling and buying. GoogleI used brown and Merry after a very messy divorce on the orders of the court, Edward, Martin and a few other staff were extremely friendly helpful and understanding of the situation that we were in. After trying two other estate agents which to be honest my ex made it extremely hard for them to sale it, the court order was then with Brown and Merry who took on the mantle having to go through what the ex put the other estate agents through. But they perceived and got us a lovely couple to buy the property again who went through hell and back to get the house, I can understand her not wanting to sell but this was the order so a big thank you to Martin, Edward and the team at Brown and Merry from all your effort truly appreciate it all Regards Ian

She communicated each step to us clearly and we felt she listened to all of our requests and found the best available deal to suit them. We were very happy with the level of care shown to us and would definitely remortgage with her again!

GoogleThe team at Brown and Merry Aylesbury were very helpful during our viewings, compared to other estate agents in the area. This level of service continued throughout the progression of the purchase. The 2 agents Rhea and Edward who we meet at various viewing were helpful and friendly, especially Rhea who was able to answer all our queries about the area, and what she wasn't sure of she found out and let us know within 24 hours.

GoogleWe would like to thank all the Ladies and gents at Brown and Merry Aylesbury. In a difficult time, with house prices all over the place due to brexit uncertainty, we didn't expect to get as many viewings as we did, and certainly didn't expect to get a sale so quickly. The guys and ladies at Brown and Merry gave us a cracking service, polite and friendly at all times, and, when it came to showing potential purchasers around the property, they were brilliant. Special thanks has to go out to everyone in the office really, as they were all super polite, friendly and efficient. Top marks though to Charlotte, she ended up chasing and pushing the solicitors (shoosmiths) and finally managing to arrange dates etc, what a star. She definitely went over and above what she needed to do and in the end, it was her tenacious attitude that got us to the finish line.

GoogleWe had a really long and tough conveyancing experience because of my buyers solicitor but Charlotte Doherty was amazing throughout with the handling of all parties - even the difficult ones. Martin was great too. A very good Estate Agency altogether

GoogleThe team at Brown and Merry is fantastic. I have used them for many years to find tenants for my rental properties and can highly recommend Nicole Pringle. She is so helpful and knowledgeable and always finds me great tenants. If I ever have any questions Nicola is always on hand to answer - she is full of enthusiasm and goes the extra mile to help me. Rachel their mortgage advisor is the same and I would recommend her to anyone seeking a mortgage. Recently I have also used the sales department both for selling and looking for a property to purchase and everyone on that team has been so helpful - can't mention everyone's name but suffice to say I recommend them all!

GoogleI have recently let a property in Lark Vale, Watermead with Brown & Merry. The easiest 5 stars I've ever rated someone. Having seen how Brown & Merry operates from a letting point of view, this is an agent you want to let your house. All the letting team were brilliant. Right from the my meeting with Sophie at B&M I knew they were the agent for me. Cathy Lawless was exceptional helpful in every way. She is such a lovely person and always goes the extra mile to help. Cathy and her letting team looked after my let and kept me informed of progress throughout the whole process. The let went smoothly and I can genuinely say that I couldn't be happier with the services received. Brown & Merry estate agents will definitely the first agent I call when let again.

GoogleI was searching for quite some time a property for rent. I found an ad and had a pleasure to speak to Sophie Terry. She did everything she could to set up the agreement with the landlord as smooth as possible. She was always in contact and provided me updates immediately. I highly recommend Brown & Merry, specially because of hard working people like Sophie in their team. I would have provided her more than just the 5 stars. I hope her work is recognized In the company. Outstanding service and very kind person ! (Not all estate agent would go the extra mile as she did).

GoogleFrom the moment of getting in contact with Brown and Merry, they have been so helpful which is so refreshing as I have dealt with estate agents in the past which have been awful. Originally was going to rent out my property, and the rental team were so friendly and helpful but ended up selling my property and can say Charlotte has been so helpful throughout the process, chasing the chain and keeping me updated which was such a huge thing for me as I needed to know what was going on at all times. Charlotte is a credit to the team, not many estate agents work so efficiently and professionally So thank you everyone at Brown and Merry for making this happen for me, everyone involved in the process has been a delight.
