GoogleI could not rate Alice Waites higher as a broker & business professional. They say that buying / selling is one of the most stressful things you can do in your life. And as true as that is, you want Alice on your side when times get touch. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly & ALWAYS going above and beyond to ensure that everything possible is done to make the process as stress-free as possible (even with all the inevitable stress that likes to appear!). Have worked with a few brokers through a few house purchases, and Alice is literally leaps and bounds above the rest.

GoogleArranged to view two properties with Teal from Brown and Merry, who did not show-up. On speaking to the office there was no appointment recorded and she was booked elsewhere, Teal to call in five minutes. 35 minutes later a text from Teal saying an earlier appointment overrun. No reply to my calls. Dishonest. Avoid.

GoogleActively been viewing with a number of agents in Aylesbury, dealt with a lovely young lady called Teal, who was very helpful throughout the whole process. Whenever I called the office she was very friendly and supportive of my needs and couldn’t do enough for me. I highly recommend Teal she was great.

GoogleOur house sale had quite a few complications along the way but Charlotte Doherty was always on hand to resolve any issues and provided us with constant updates on the sale progress. Without Charlotte’s help, communication between all parties would not have gone as smoothly and I doubt we would have been able to exchange when we did. Thank you Charlotte!
