GoogleI had a very good experience with them when Megan was working there. After she left everything was a desaster. 2 months waiting for the deposit, after they email me they will give it in 10 days, they still didn’t. I will not rent anymore with them.

GoogleRecently had a Valuation with Tom. Found him extremely transparent and informative. Also loved visiting the branch as everyone is so friendly and helpful. When we sell I will definitely be in touch with him and the team again. Cannot rate them highly enough!!

GoogleSean provided a very good service in our house purchase and arranged for us to view the property a number of times so we could make a decision. Ben provided clear mortgage advice and was always available to answer any questions I had

GoogleAvoid at all costs. We have rented properties with estate agents before but never had a bad experience until Brown & Merry. They were extremely evasive and deceitful throughout the tenancy. Most importantly, they worked with the landlord in a direct and obvious attempt to cheat us out of our bond (worth over £1000). Fortunately we had extensive evidence of their dishonesty and won our dispute with them via the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We received virtually the entire amount back, but this took many months and a great deal of time. Everything changes once you have signed on the dotted line with these people. Don't make the same mistake we made - stay away from Brown & Merry when looking at rentals in the area. We are in the process of reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

GoogleFantastic service in relation to the property we are buying through the Chesham office. Tom and Sean are always available and have been very proactive pushing the sale along. Ben has also been great helping us sort our mortgage and building insurance. Top guys and a pleasure to buy through them.

Charmaine who showed me around was efficient and extremely helpful. Its always useful to have someone gently showing you the attributes of a property as well as listening to how it might work for you. GoogleExcellent service from Brown and Merry . A realistic appraisal of the current market conditions and therefore price by Tom Porter enabled a quick sale of our house at a very quiet time of year ( over Xmas ) . The Estate Agent has great outreach so that our house was marketed in front of a large audience . Really great that Tom didn’t just rely on Right Move ( as some estate agents seem to do ) to sell the property and used all the tools at his disposal . Communication between us was good , and accurate all through the process and I have to say , I’ve bought and sold a few houses over the years , but this experience was the smoothest . Well done to Tom and all the team at Brown and Merry . I would highly recommend this Estate Agent !

For a first time buyer like me, Ben Smith and his team were was fabulous in suggesting and getting all the assistance required and got a very good deal inspite of not having a very long credit history in the UK. Always approachable and highly knowledgeable and will definitely use their services if needed in future and would highly recommend would any one wants to use their services.

GoogleI have recently purchase a flat through Brown & Merry and the service was just brilliant. I just want to say a massive thanks to Sean and Ben who both worked hard to make the purchase possible. They have been very patient and answered all my queries, emails and phone call all the time. After a bit of bump during the process, Ben also help massively to speed up the process. GoogleI've been very happy with the service I've received over the past few months from Brown and Merry. I was mildly skeptical of all the high reviews, however, Sean and Ben have been brilliant; going far and beyond expectations. If you're looking for Estate Agents in the Chesham area make this your first call. Sean was very approachable and helpful, always prompt and honest. Ben was a mortgage wizard, making everything relatively easy and seamless. Definitely keep your options open and have a chat with him.
