GoogleTom at Brown & Merry has done a excellent job for me and my partner moving into our first place. It's been a process which has been made easier by having a agent who seems like he wants you to have the house as much as you do. I would definitely recommend him and Brown and Merry for their speed of service and support through your buying or letting process.

GoogleHighly recommend Brown and Merry. Sylvie, in particular, is an amazing sales negotiator. So professional, so helpful and extremely efficient which made the, usually stressful selling process, run so smoothly from start to finish. Eilish is extremely knowledgable and helped to secure our mortgage and Claire, (branch manager), took care of our legal worries and queries. Undoubtedly, the best estate agent I’ve ever used. Don’t go anywhere else.

GoogleWe have recently used Brown & Merry Wendover office to purchase our new property. We were met by Sylvie at the property who we could not fault. Extremely helpful, happy and friendly during the viewings. We were constantly kept informed of what was happening during lockdown and when it finally came to the week of completion it would seem the whole office were very keen to go the extra mile to help. Thank you guys we are slowly but surely settling in.

I don't usually write a review but I thought that my experience with the Hemel Hempstead branch deserved one. I was dealing with Tom Fitzgerald who shown such professionalism throughout. He made the whole process of buying a house so easy for us, calling both parties and giving us updates all the time was incredible, very humble, good attitude towards people, brilliant personality ,knows his job very well, in all, we were able to exchange and complete very early than the usual 3 - 4 months even during the lock down because of his hard work, very well done Tom and thank you very much for helping us to buy our house which we are so much in love with, please don't let this end here, keep it up.
