GoogleHaving arrived in a country where we know no one and nothing about how things work, feeling lost and even afraid most of the times, stepping through the door of the Brown & Merry Chesham Office was one of the luckiest moments of my life. The whole team was very friendly and comforting, especially Alba and Charmaine went out of their ways to show me a lot of good properties. GoogleMy partner and I had signed up with the majority of the estate agents in the Amersham and Chesham area looking for one bed and two bed flats however we weren't having a lot of luck. What was different about our experience with Amour at Brown and Merry, was how he approached us a regular people to quickly build a rapport, focused on our expectations, and didn't sugar coat properties that we weren't interested in just to pick up a quick sale! A lot of estate agents we worked with were professional, sure, but none were as welcoming and personable as Amour, and ultimately he found us a great flat to live in! Diligent and professional in all aspects, Amour was great at communicating and really accommodating to my subjective circumstances. Going above and beyond to secure me the perfect property (in my limited time frame) whilst ensuring both mine and the landlords requirements/needs were met. Having met with numerous estate agents from other companies, Amour from Brown and Merry was by far the most professional and knowledgeable in his field, taking the time to listen to my wants, and providing carefully selected (and realistic) options/advice based on that. When I first started viewing properties around Newport Pagnell, Rich was very knowledeagble about the property and made my life easier.
