I cannot recommend Brown and Merry's mortgage services enough! Loren Telford who is the Mortgage services manager helped me with my Buy to let Mortgage and is absolutely brilliant, she knows her job inside out, goes above and beyond to deliver. If it wasn't for Loren, I wouldn't of been able to get this buy to let property that I've just purchased. she's amazing and I highly recommend her services to anyone.

Sequence rental - AVOID!

Sequence rental are possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Overpriced, inept, and seem to totally forget that as a landlord it is me that pays for their service. Tenants did not report a leak that caused my wooden worktops to rot, to replace them will cost nearly £800 but am being told this is fair wear and tear and I can not claim for them to be replaced! Poor service from start to finish.

Very poor service, we made a mistake going with Brown and Merry, they say the right things to get the contract but after that nothing else. We received no feedback whatsoever from any of our viewings and had to call them again and again to be told we will get a call back and they never botherd. We would never use again or reccomend them, save yourself the grief and choose another agent. Very disappointed.

Twice now I've been dealing with B&M, with 2 different branch. First one was really pressuring me to get their solicitor and exchange date while solicitor didn't complete everything but I thought ok maybe it's down to the person, not the actual company. 2nd branch (Leighton Buzzard), I felt like I needed to chase the agent a lot, they said they'll call me back but rarely it was done, I was the one to call them back. We've made an offer, no feedback if it was accepted or not, it took quite a while to get it accepted and the next morning being told that actually the vendor changed their mind. Being told they don't want to move out anymore but property is still marked as sold on their website and another agency told us they did sell indeed to someone (not us obviously). Why lying and not just said they accepted someone else's offer? We confronted the agent and she stuck with "no they didn't sell". Seriously? Very disappointing how it's being done. Don't even get me started with their mortgage adviser who has been absolutely rude to me and patronising. Avoid if possible!! Edit: I tried to send an email after they replied to my review but email is bouncing back...
