We were looking to buy a propertyin Woburn Sands and dealt with Linda Burt from the Woburn Sands office.I found her to be so short and unhelpful.It was not a pleasant experience dealing with her. If you have to deal with Brown and Merry Woburn Sands, avoid her at all costs.

We asked someone from Brown and Merry to come value our house with the possibility of putting it up for sale with them. We decided on another agent in the end but since giving my name, mobile number and address to Brown and Merry, I've had calls, texts and post through from haart estate agent who admitted on the phone to buying my details off another agent ( it can only be Brown and Merry as the agent we went with only had my husband's details). They've also sold my info to one of these house buying companies who text me constantly! I'm pretty sure that's a GDPR breach. AVOID CONTACTING!!

GoogleWe have used about 12 estate agents to find a family home and Brown and Merry, Harry especially, is hands down a stand out estate agent in and around London. Harry took the time to listen to our brief, what we wanted, and shared with us different options as they came up- it amazed me how he remembered us as so many potential buyers are on their list! I felt like his approach was really tailored to our needs. Harry has a deep knowledge of all the properties we saw and the ones coming on, so we could ask him anything. He also inspired confidence, we listened to Harry's view and opinion on a few houses that had potential- again, he has the rare gift of seeing beyond furniture and decor to sell a vision of what you could make the house. He went beyond selling the property and is a leader in the field, knowing the trends on supply and demand and also all the insider knowledge on the area (including school catchment areas!!) I wouldn't hesitate to use Brown and Merry and Harry particularly again when we come to sell the house in the future- in fact, I would insist on him.

GoogleI put my property on the market with Brown & Merry in Berkhamsted. I found the office staff to be friendly, helpful and always professional. Harry, in particular, stood out in regard to his professionalism and reliability. Toward the end of the conveyancing process Amir was responsive and reliable in chasing up final things. Where the Berkhamsted office stood out for me was in the small details. If they agreed to phone me back they did phone me back within the timescales we'd agreed. They were honest and upfront at all times and reassuring to deal with during the more stressful parts of the process. Their 'go-to' solicitors were absolutely excellent as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their Berkhamsted office if you live in the area and are thinking of putting your property on the market. GoogleWe're selling in Berkhamsted and having invited three estate agents to pitch for the sale, Brown and Merry and specifically Amir - the manager succeeded. He was clear, attentive, friendly and personable. He presented why B&M should act for us and made clear what we get as a service for our money. Since then we have sold and Amir's estimation of the sale price (which was a full 10% above the other agents) has paid off. The other team members, Harry, Bobbi and Scarlette have also been very responsive and supportive throughout. Absolute mess of a company ! Tried to view a house - they said they didn’t have the keys and would phone back when they had them . Never phoned back and although we repeatedly asked for an update was told nothing . House was then sold without any communication with us . When I eventually spoke to the branch manager he was very rude and abrupt and continually talked over me . Think twice about selling your house with them as this seller could have possibly had a higher offer !!

AWFUL!!! DO NOT BOTHER BUYING/SELLING VIA BROWN AND MERRY AYLESBURY. THEY LIE/SLOW/AVOID PHONE CALLS. SOLD US A HOUSE WITH FALSE INFORMATION, WAS FIRST TIME BUYER/NO CHAIN AND WAS READY TO EXCHANGE AND FOUND OUT WAS IN CHAIN AND HAD TO WAIT MONTHS !!
