GoogleWe recently started looking at a rental property after seeing our house whilst we decide on our next move. Having been out of the rental game for many years we naively thought we'd have the pick of the bunch. It became apparent this isn't the case and we slowly started to panic we wouldn't find anywhere. We have two dogs and every house that was suitable wouldn't accept them. We found a house up with Browne and Merry and I rang and initially spoke to Andrew. He was really helpful and talked through the property but also gave us some hints and tips for if we needed to continue searching. We arranged a viewing and Tayla showed my husband round as I wasn't able to get there. She took the time to speak to me via video call whilst there and was also really helpful. We managed to secure the rental and anytime we've had any queries along the way Tayla has responded almost immediately (even at the weekend). She's been amazingly helpful but more importantly, just really nice. Now looking forward to moving into our rental knowing we have a supportive agent on hand should we need anything. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone - they really took the stress out of what was becoming an uncomfortable search!

She was professional and friendly at the same time, she was the only estate agent that took the time to find out what my requirements were in detail so that she could find the perfect place for me. Finding a new home can be very stressful especially when you have estate agents that do not provide a good service. Tanya was wonderful! She genuinely cares about finding you the perfect home. GoogleCouldn’t ask for better professional and fast service! The property I was interested in was advertised with another agent, I called them first but they didn’t call back for 4 hrs! By then Chloe had sorted it! She was amazing! From the first call to her regarding a rental property, she arranged a viewing the very same day! When I met her she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It was a late viewing and as soon as I said I wanted to go ahead she said she would call me in the morning, She did! GoogleMy thoughts on selling a house was always well if its on rightmove it will sell itself, how wrong could i be! I had my house up with another estate agent who not only took poor photos but whos team were less than enthusiastic or knowledgeable about my house on viewings, i only got 2 viewings in 3 months. I went to view a house to buy with brown and merry and was shown around by Charlotte, as soon as i met her i wanted that company to sell my house, she was knowledgeable and engaging! I decided to change to them, we took it off the web for 3 weeks, took new photos, the write up was hundred times better, Tom (manager) came to see it and discuss our options and was equally enthusiastic and engaging. Charlotte and Marcus both came round to view the property they were selling before it went back on the web ( the other company didn't even see it only the man who didn't even do the viewings) One back online Marcus booked in 3 viewings on the first day and i heard him talking to the potential buyers it was like he was selling his own house and sold it in 2 days! Moral of this story is Estate Agents do make a difference so choose right, id sell my house through Brown and Merry Tring again and ill be telling my friends the same! They were dealt with in a very professional manner and I’d particularly like to thank Jamie Dyson. Jamie was extremely pragmatic, calm and dealt with situation to aplomb.
