GoogleI'm very sorry to write this as I hate being negative with businesses, but this is a max 2 out of 10 for us in terms of selling our home. Terrible customer service, minimal contact, I had to call to get viewing feedback. We have taken our house off the market with them. It's like they don't care and that's the worst thing when you are trying to sell something which is so close to your heart. GoogleAppalling Customer Service. When we decided to sell our property we where so impressed but the surveyor that came out to value, also the photographer. We've recivied one phone call in months from the office, sadly we've had one viewing which is disappointing but the lack of communication from the office has been zero. Beware before appointing this company to sell your property. We emailed to give termination notice and we got a sharp reply saying we've been given 28 days, that's the quickest response in months.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleExtremely happy with the service provided by Brown & Merry Estate Agents. My dealings with Andrew at this estate agents was without fault, very friendly and professional. We moved in a lot quicker than I would have expected. Would definitely recommend to use Brown & Merrry as opposed to M&M properties just presented problems and was a nightmare.
