GoogleJamie was great when we met him to take over the sale of our home. We found communication along the way a little disappointing but team pulled together as the sale progressed and Jake was great!! Really helpful and kept us updated which helped keep the stress levels down. One thing we will say is that we found the solicitors recommended really difficult and wouldn’t recommend them but we got there in the end!! Thank you to the team at Brown & Merry and Jake, you were amazing :)

GoogleRecently used Brown and Merry's services for the sale of my property and they have been very courteous in helping us through any difficulties that arose and answered all our questions. Sarah was very professional for the sale and Linda was helpful in doing paper work. Also they had their own office-based mortgage advisor, Andrew Teacher. He is very good and helpful to us. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

GoogleWe wanted to express our thanks and feedback on our recent communication with Brown and Merry (B&M). We have an emotional connection with B&M for the last 22 years. We bought our home through B&M and cannot fault the service and customer focus we received at that time. We have recently contacted B&M to request a valuation of our home with a vision of possibly down sizing. Reanna (Green) came to our home to assess the property. We were so impressed from immediate contact to the delivery of the valuation. Reanna has excellent personal relationship and customer service skills. She has a high level of knowledge of period properties and a keen sense of insight into the local housing market. We wanted to express our sincere thanks to Reanna and B&M. GoogleOverall the experience was alright while buying a house. Depends on who is working on your file. Initially they were very slow and inefficient but later on Harry was always available for help and was prompt with his replies.

Awful company. I went to look at a house they were selling and since then, they’ve called me 4 times trying to get me to sell my house with them. The typical conversation they start with me is - “your house has been on the market a long time. Is there any reason for it?Its a long time don’t you think?” Or “you won’t sell your house with us even if we charge a zero percentage”?. It’s all a scam this is how they get customers and they’re rude with it. I blocked their number and didn’t buy the house they were selling because they were too forceful.

He is like a matchmaker on steroids. Amir knows how to deliver an efficient stress free transaction and in a chaotic world this is of great value. It’s been a long process from viewing the very first properties until we found the right one for us and Beth was always so supportive and helpful throughout this process. She has great knowledge in ensuring everything is set up for you moving into your new home from life insurance to building and contents insurance. She also responded to emails very quickly on a consistent basis meaning anytime we had an issue or any questions she was always on hand to put our minds at ease with her quick responses. GoogleWe just bought our new home with Brown & Merry. The Berkhamsted team worked very hard to get the exchange to take place before our due date. Overall we are happy with the service. However, there were times when we didn't have a clue what was going on further up the chain. A little bit more communication would have been helpful to eased the stress and uncertainty. Would recommend!
