Informing me of everything that was happening throughout the sale of our property. There was never any hard sales pitch when looking to market our property, they gave us plenty of time to think about our options and to look at other agents without feeling pressured. Not all heroes wear capes…! Jake went out of his way in helping sort out the heating of our property, even though he works in the sales team as there was no one in the letting team that was available.
