TrustpilotAwful company, stay clear!
I rented a house via Brown & Merry / Sequence UK for a year. During the tenancy nothing was repaired and the I was chasing deposit return for over a month! This company really don't give a s**t about their customers once they have your money!

Googleincompetent staff. accepted an offer then was told later on the next day that it was given to someone else. Poor communication as agent has been desperately avoiding answering my calls and emails. i would never recommend this agent to anyone.
