GoogleWe have used Brown & Merry to sell our house in Berkhamsted. It has been a long drawn out process and tricky at times, but finally we have got there. We would like to thank Amir and his team particularly Matthew and Scarlette for their helpfulness, extreme patience, friendliness and knowledge. GoogleMy husband says "You took us under your wings" throughout our purchase. We always felt comfortable contacting this branch, either by phone or visiting in person. All of the staff got to know us and our family and were very understanding of our situation - only ever wanting that positive outcome, and knew that the bungalow we were buying was exactly right for us. They helped us to resolve any issues and challenges that occurred and we always felt supported by the staff (particularly Amir, Harry, Scarlette and Matthew), with their friendly caring natures. We'd certainly recommend them to others - hence giving them 5 stars! Many thanks to Amir and his fantastic team!

GoogleMy wife and I have had a fantastic experience buying a house through Brown & Merry, especially Matthew who has been outstanding! He is incredibly thoughtful, proactive, enthusiastic and diligent - you can tell he takes pride and really enjoys his work. The whole B&M team (Matthew, Amir and Scarlette) have always been communicative and quick to respond, as well as honest and mindful of our needs and situation. They always tried their best to be accommodating with our time as well. Buying and moving to a new area can be a bit daunting but we’ve really felt like we’ve been looked after and in good hands with Matthew and the B&M team. Big thank you to Matthew, Amir and Scarlette for being so helpful to us!

Amir and his team (Matt and Harry - brilliant btw) held our hands through the whole process at potentially a very tricky time for real estate. Our house sale / purchase has been far from straight forward, with plenty of bumps along the way, more than we ever could have expected, but B&M remained calm, reassuring and went above and beyond to solve any problems. GoogleHaving spoken to several agents in the area we decided on Brown on Merry to represent our property. Amir and his team were fantastic. Really felt they had our interests in mind at every step. Amir listened to our needs and gave sound advice and guidance on pricing and marketing strategies. Communications were excellent giving weekly updates on progress with advertising and viewings left us feeling confident they were working hard during a very difficult and changing time in the housing market. Even when we had issues needing keys on a Sunday when they were closed both Amir and Mathew stepped up to get a spare set to us. Fantastic support and I highly recommend the team.

GoogleI wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Matt and Lydia for their exceptional hard work and dedication throughout our recent house move. Matt was very professionalism and supported us at the beginning of the process and we felt we were in good hands, Due to the current market; the sale of our property has not been an easy one, we had some difficult with the chain and I genuinely believe if it weren’t for Lydia’s tireless efforts, we would have lost our sale. Lydia's commitment shone brightly. her ability to navigate the complexities of the real estate market and her diligence were invaluable. At a very emotive time, she kept us calm and updated and I know she was doing everything she could to keep our sale moving. They valued my home above other agents in the town and got the price!II was given feedback after every viewing even if it was to say the viewer hadn’t returned their calls. When there were issues with dates for exchange and completion they contacted everyone to sort it out. They chased up solicitors and others in the chain. The team were friendly, polite and enthusiastic. I would give them all 10/10!

Matthew Martin in particular was professional, had a considered approach and understood our requirements. Every step of the way was super smooth in terms of the process and explained to us thoroughly, we were kept up to date with honesty and transparency when it came to any sale delays which was reassuring particularly as there is uncertainty in the current housing market climate.
