GoogleSold my house in Tring with Brown and Merry. We experienced several challenges along the way but team was professional and supportive throughout. We found having Tom with the sales team and Gemma heading mortgage services being under one roof very helpful. Both of whom being particular assets to the branch.

GoogleI have just completed on the sale of my new home. As a first time buyer I found the team to be really helpful as they took time to explain the process involved. I had fantastic help and advice from Tom who answered all of my questions, of which I had many without delay. I have not at any time had to chase up or wait for updates. What I found to be reassuring was the continuity of dealing with him and found his approach to be very professional. Also want to give a big thank you to Jamie who immediately got back to me with phone calls and follow up emails. A very positive experience all round for a first time buyer.

GoogleI sold my house in Pitstone through Brown and Merry in Tring at an incredibly difficult time due to a break-up. We chose Jamie and the team because we’d dealt with them years before and had a good experience previously. Lottie was so lovely in a really difficult situation and I can’t say enough good things about how professional and kind everyone was. Highly recommend.

His promptness eased the challenging process. i would pay particular praise on the clarity of his communications - always available for finer detail conversations - the pre and post lease services are excellent - I would not hesitate to use Jake and Brown and Merry again and would highly recommend them

GoogleBrown and Merry dealt with the sale of my house and it was the best experience I ever had with an estate agent. It was 6 months with many ups and downs as the housing market went through a bit of a crisis. They stuck with me and went the extra mile to sell my house. Unlike other agents who were not proactive, B and M rang round people and the person who finally bought my house was a person who had been contacted by these wonderful people. They are happy with the house and I am very happy at my forever home. Will and Martin especially put up with my questions (and fears) and encouraged me when I was going to give up. I will never forget the great service you did for me. Thanks guys for holding my hand right to the end.

GoogleI would recommend 100% Simply- I asked and they delivered! I needed a property ASAP and I asked for moving in date within less than 2 weeks, thinking it will be impossible to find property and move in so soon but they made it happen. The whole team seems lovely, however I must mention Stephen, who was my allocated estate agent, he was very helpful, delivered great customer service and made sure the whole process was stressless.

GoogleMassive thank you to Eliot for the hard work, effort and non-stop help we were given by him when we decided to put in an offer. The communication was faultless, he answered every question we had within hours of asking, he kept in touch regularly and sorted everything really quickly. We didn’t think a 3 working day turnaround from viewing the property to signing the contracts was possible, but he made it happen, even staying later than opening hours so we could collect our new house keys. Thanks so much again Eliot you were amazing!

I don't normally do reviews but felt that people should be aware that the Hemel Hempstead branch are possibly the worst estate agents I have ever come across little contact rude and didn't tell me the truth on several matters I sat in on several viewings and they didn't have a clue how to sell a property avoid at all cost!!!.
