Sadly the person who showed us round the property was new to the company and had no information to share about the property. It seems obviously I know but if agents are trying to sell a property you would think they would make sure some of the keys points about it were known . To be honest I felt a bit sorry for the young chap that showed us round he did his best but clearly didnt know much about it.

I do not believe for one second that these guys are transparent. Having an appointment posponed by the estate agents for more than a week after an initial enquiry and then an appointment cancel because supposedly an investor had come in and made an offer prior to our conversations that was accepted before my initial viewing. I dont believe for a second that this is played fairly, never mind karma always comes back to bite those that deserve it. I have removed myself from their mailing list as a buy to let investor.

I would like to thank the Team at Brown & Merry for getting this over the line. I cannot thank Gemma enough personally for all the support with myself getting my credit file in line to achieve this. The ongoing support from her has been first class. The process was pretty straight forward, however there was a real stressful moment when the mortgage offer was not uploaded to the portal. We received some wrong info from many parties which forced me to take action myself to ensure it was completed. It felt as though at times we were left in limbo and we were the ones chasing, rather than being informed and keeping us updated. That being said, after the confusion, Yvonne and Jamie were excellent in mopping up the mess and getting it over the line with our solicitors, thank you. I would use the team again and again. If you are looking to sell your home in and around the Tring Area, than at the very least consider giving Brown & Merry Estate Agents a call. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain ! They have sold our last 2 properties and in both experiences I cannot fault there professionalism throughout the whole process from your initial conversation with them to the last one. Selling your home is and can be a very emotional journey and not one you tend to go through very often. So for me picking the right Estate Agent plays a very important role as well. I found the entire team and particular Jamie Dyson very sincere, honest and truthful with all our conversations we had over the sale, which certainly makes the whole process so much easier when you are having to make so many key decisions. I was always able to go direct to Jamie to ask for his advice at all times relating not only with the sale/marketing of our home, but anything else related to the entire sale process. I cannot thank Brown & Merry enough again !
