Thomas headed the sales team and with Charlotte found our purchasers in a day.Thomas saw the sale through to completion with Yvonne’s help. She went above and beyond with communication and assistance and has always been there to provide help if needed at a moments notice. GoogleI bought a property through B&M and Charlotte and Jamie were most helpful. Within 3 weeks of collecting the keys (during which time I decorated the whole interior) B&M marketed, received 4 offers and rented out the property for me. She was kind enough to take the time to show me three properties on the development and did not rush me to make a decision. From excellent marketing of our property, helpful mortgage information, great recommendations for solicitors and surveyors all the way through to keeping on top of the chain, progressing the move and keeping us all regularly updated, Brown & Merry Tring were fantastic. They were infinitely better than both agents we moved with previously and a world away from the estate agent stories you often hear. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

GoogleJamie advised us on the sale in a difficult market and found buyers very quickly. He then checked out the whole chain and reported weekly on progress in order to satisfy our time requirements. We don’t think that we would have exchanged and completed without Jamie being on top of the transaction at all stages. Excellent work and very highly recommended.

Over valued and little contact.So much contact to get us to sell with them, as soon as we listed the house with them I received loads of marketing calls trying to get us to upgrade the marketing package. They encouraged us often to drop the price they valued it at. I really believe they give you a great listing price but then always encourage clients to reduce. If you look on rightmove you’ll see lots of there listings reduced. Sarah branch manger French promised calls back but never did. Alex was the only person in branch that was helpful. I also went with the solicited they recommended and they were also awful, slow and never communicated with us.
