GoogleAnthony is the best! We’re looking to purchase in Chesham and have done a few viewings with Anthony, who has always been friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, patient and a visionary with lots of great ideas and suggestions (if you’re looking to revamp the space). He comes with valuable experience, which sets him apart from other agents who we’ve worked with in the past. Truly wish we could do all our viewings with Anthony.

GoogleBrown and Merry estate agents where do I start, I have bought many properties over the years but have never received the level of service Amir and his team have provided us during the course of the purchase of our new home. We were kept informed throughout every step of the process and nothing ever seemed to be a problem. All I can say is this is the way all estate agents should practice there trade. GoogleWe have recently utilised the services of Brown and Merry Financial Advisors to purchase our first home, and we are very glad to have met Naz. She provided us with important information and advice on the property we liked, helped us negotiate the price, and we managed to get the offer accepted very soon, at less than the asking price. She constantly monitored the interest rates and managed to get us the best deal available for a first-time buyer with only a 5% deposit. Naz has been brilliant and supportive, always there to answer our questions during the process. Nevertheless, she eventually secured a better deal at the very last minute when the lender reduced the interest rate, saving us £160 per month since the first mortgage application, which really makes a difference! If you want the best advice, save money, and receive support from the start of your search to completion, ask for Naz at Brown & Merry Hemel H branch. 🫶🏼🏡

GoogleEliot is brilliant. Really professional and follows up when he says he is going to. I have met somewhere in the region of 20 agents in the past few weeks and have to say, Eliot stood out as a real pro at what he does. Not enough eliots in estate agency. Would highly recommend for tenants and landlords to use.

GoogleAt the start of the year i started looking at properties within Hemel Hampstead with a view to move into a family home. Within 3 weeks B&M helped me a find a place best suited for us. They were very accommodating and arranged viewings per our schedule. Very easy and efficient dealing with them, especially Elliot, one of the lettings negotiator. Would definitely recommend this letting agent team
