GoogleI found the team really nice to work with and keep me upto date with appointments and progress. Was selling my late father's house so a sad time for me but the team were very helpful and even helped remove sone furniture (for a charity) If you call or email them someone always gets back to you quickly. Nice personal dashboard for house progress.

GoogleJamie, Tom and Kevin, Thank you all so much. From your straightforward pitch, and advice on photos and preparing house for sale, to getting it up on the website, every interaction, was professional, pleasant, and simple. They conducted the viewings, which imho keeps the personal, out of it, and I sure do not know how to do their job. I had an offer 1 week after the property went live, and confirmed one day later!!!! Wow, that was simple. Best advice, listen to the experts about the 'price'. Saved myself a lot of time and energy.

GoogleThis the second time I have used Brown and Merry once with the sale of my mothers house and most recently with the sale of my flat. The Wendover branch Claire Raven in particular have been great. They found me a buyer within 2 weeks and helped through a quite lengthy process of issues with the lease. Thank you to the team so glad we got there in the end. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

GoogleWould NOT use this estate agents again and would not recommend to anyone, in fact would recommend to stay clear! Poor experience and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ve ever come across anyone as unprofessional as Eliot, terrible email etiquette too! Just look at ALL the other 1 star reviews, they all have a common theme!

Googlewhen first initially getting into contact with Jade , my fears and slight hesitancy I did have disappeared. she became so consistent and transparent with all transactions that were taking place, and made me feel so confident within the decision I made to choose brown and Merry. GoogleWords cannot explain how grateful and pleased that we found brown and merry estate agents. After having to move twice in a very short period of time as well as being newly weds, it was a very stressful time for me and my husband. However working with Ellie on finding a new home was so straight forward and she was so friendly and helpful - it just made everything seem unreal as we were so used to experiencing difficulty and stress when working with estate agents - Ellie and brown and merry were something else (in a good way!) In less than a few weeks we were moved into our new home and cannot be happier - thank you so much to Ellie for all the help and just being a lovely person to speak with when everything was so stressful at the time. GoogleLooking for a home in todays rental market is extremely difficult and not a huge amount available, however brown and merry, and specifically Ellie, have been brilliant at making us aware of any potential properties, as well as going out of her way to accommodate viewings for times that work for us!
