They are very responsive, give impartial advice, find good tenants, provide tenancy contracts and provide a link to the deposit scheme. Highly recommend them as a rental agent.
Their sales team are also very good. They thoroughly check the property before adverting, give advice on the best time to market, are proactive with viewings and offer realistic expectations of final sale prices.
