GoogleMet with Tom from Brown and Merry today for a valuation of my property . He was very pleasant to deal with as I needed a valuation for probate purposes . A service they provide for free unlike another local estate agent. Who wanted to charge a fee . Highly recommend Brown and Merry they came out as soon as I asked them to . Tom was very business like in his dealings with me and I would definitely use them if I did want to sell

GoogleWe used Brown & Merry's mortgage broker Apurva Patel from the onset of looking for a house, even though we viewed houses from different estate agents in the Chesham area. His explanations, recommendations and advice were thorough and highly relevant throughout the process. We ended up finding a house through a different company and Mr Patel remained focused on getting the work done timely and professionally. We would highly recommend him as a mortgage broker.

GoogleI chose Brown and Merry from the outset after meeting Amir and can say that him and his team delivered an excellent service from start to finish. Although a buyer was found quite quickly, a series of chain related delays eventually resulted in losing the first buyer but I felt confident to stick with Brown and Merry and have been delighted that I did. The whole team deliver exemplary service: responding quickly, helping to resolve issues and going above and beyond to keep things moving. Big thanks to Amir, Scarlette and Matthew.

GoogleIf I could give a 0 star I would!!! AVOID their futile estate agency attempts to sell your property, lack of communication and deceptive skills. I have since dealt with honest, reputable estate agents in the area and I can not stress how much to not get involved with this company!!! They don't care once they have signed you up, little to no communication and have passed on my information and others to a 3rd party without my consent since I left my contract. AVOID!!

GoogleGreat service from Linda and her sales team in my recent flat sale. Linda helped massively in the negotiation process in difficult market conditions, and didn’t relent until she got my sale got over the line. The house market can be a stressful place, but Linda goes about her work in a calm, honest and professional manner and gets the job done! On the Lettings side Jade and Andrew do an equally sterling job. On one occasion they were able to get a letting agreed within one day of talking to potential tenants from viewing and then to offer. All round a credit to Brown and Merry - they’ve been a pleasure to work with! You want an Estate Agent to take the hassle out of house buying and letting and the team do exactly that!
