GoogleI dealt with Edward, never met him as I was 85 miles away, but what a super guy! Incredibly diligent, and who kept me up to date with anything and everything. He made the process easy, nothing was ever too much trouble and treated me like the most important customer, he always put me first, I’m so grateful

GoogleI recently sold my house with Edward Cooper from Brown and Merry and the experience was fantastic. Edward was always professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Buying and selling a house can be a stressful process but thanks to his hard work and diligence, we didn’t experience any of this. I highly recommend Edward to anyone looking to buy or sell.

GoogleWe were shown round a property today by Elliot, he was dressed very smart and was very professional. Elliot answered any question that we had in a friendly manor, I would highly recommend any viewing from him….although we are hopeful this will be the last property we need to look at!

GoogleUnfortunately not a great experience, up to place our property on the market they seemed like the best choice but after agreeing and getting signed up with them we have had hardly any contact with anyone apart from once to have the only viewing in the near 3 month period. After near to 3 months we have had 0 response to any emails that we have sent and 0 call backs to any phone calls made into the office and are unfortunately stuck with them until the agree time is allotted in which we definitely will be moving away from them. I would definitely rethink using Brown & Merry to sell a property. As keen as they seem at the sign up unfortunately the follow up of actually selling a property they loose all interest and just end up wasting your time.

GoogleDue to a sudden need to move on account of work I originally tried selling my property via Brown and Merry, who made the process simple given how little time I had available to monitor it myself. Although sadly the sale failed from outside circumstances the team were instead able to help me immediately pivot to letting the property out despite my lack of knowledge on the issue. The team have been helpful and supportive with every member i've spoken with being willing to walk a newcomer to the practice through all the processes involved, as well as going the extra mile to keep everything as simple and smooth as possible.
