GoogleBrown & Merry in Chesham have been excellent during the sale of my property. The whole team have been great and, in particular, my main contact Anthony Davison-Hoult has been brilliant. My sale has not been an easy one and Anthony has been supportive, hard working and determined throughout to secure me a sale. Anthony also advised me and liaised with other agents regarding some potential purchases in order to make my move as easy as possible. I 100% recommend Brown & Merry as the estate agent to go to in Chesham.

GoogleMy experience dealing with Brown & Merry has been nothing short of excellent. Eliot in lettings was always available to contact and was helpful, informative, polite and patient at all times. I have dealt with some less than professional estate agents in my life but Brown & Merry are not one of them! I would wholly recommend working with Brown & Merry for any future property arrangements.

Awful from start to finish. I was interested in a property they had listed. They were not actually selling it, it was being sold by an auction house instead. I decided to go with Brown & Merry after being told that that the seller would consider taking it off the market before the sale. The auction house later told me that they would not do this.After the property was sold it was hard to find out if the property was sold or not. I had to find out from the auction house (who were actually really helpful and honest). To this date (nearly 2 months later) B&M still have the house listed for sale (clickbait). Unethical maybe illegal?

GoogleWe have recently worked with Ellie McKeown and Emily Walker from Brown and Merry estate agents. They were both very professional and very pleasant. They were able to tell us all we wanted to know about the property we were viewing as well as giving us helpful local information. They made the whole experience informative and helpful. After we had viewed the property they were both very efficient at getting the necessary forms and documents over to us. Always polite and efficient.
