GoogleThe Lettings Team at this branch have been very slick and have provided excellent customer service to my partner and I (as tenants) which is practically unheard of!! I was unable to view a rental property until the following week and following a couple of unsuccessful viewing sessions, as they promised in this scenario, they got back in touch with me to arrange a viewing and believe me as soon as I was in the property I knew I had to have it so was chomping at the bit to get it off the market ASAP!! They have been very accommodating to our timetable and have work diligently and hard from end-to-end to get us into the property in record time! Jo is clearly an excellent leader and communicator as all three team members cross-covered all stages of progress and at no point did we need to either wait or repeat ourselves! I would highly recommend this agency and hope to use again in the future!

GoogleWe bought through Brown and Merry back in 2021 and due to Amir's fantastic ability to chase down solicitors and keep everything running smoothly we chose to return to Brown and Merry to sell and we're very glad we did. Property was under offer within a couple of weeks and Amir, Lucy, Charlie and Scarlette have been so professional and helpful, even giving us advice for our onward purchase and holding on to our buyers after our first purchase fell through. Highly recommend and would return again if we weren't moving out of the area!

GoogleThe team at the Hemel Hempstead branch were outstanding. We had no problems in selling our property, however, upon exchange, unexpectedly we experienced problems. Kevin and Tom worked over and beyond to help resolve the issues offering alternative solutions and endless support. Unfortunately, this was beyond their control and the issues could not be resolved, the house sale fell through. Due to this, the team were able to help me immediately to letting out the property despite my lack of knowledge on the issue. Eliot and Stephen were very professional. They made the whole process feel simple and smooth and within a week the property had secured a rental. Thanks you so much.

GooglePossibly the worst service you could ask for? Had my property on the market for around 6 Months, over this time managed to get less than a handful of viewings (of which I received 0 feedback), the pictures taken were terrible, I ended up taking my own with my iPhone and they were better, they even changed the advert pictures to these. Anyway fast forward 1 year, I changed agents from Brown and Merry to another Agent who were very professional, they helped me to sell the flat 6 months later (for half the fee)... I am now being chased by Brown and Merry for their Fee even though they did not sell the property. This shows they are a very dishonest and poorly run agency. I would recommend everyone to Avoid using this agency, there are far better Agencies in the local area.
