GoogleBrown & Merry were recommended to me by my son, and it wasn't long before I was speaking to Beth. Being the first property I have purchased there was so much I simply didn't know, however from day 1 Beth was super informative & helpful and without a doubt removed all the stress and anxiety that I had. Beth has been super responsive to emails, providing clear guidance and direction, working on the recent bank holiday and weekends which for me is top level customer service. Very impressive throughout, so I cannot recommend Brown & Merry highly enough, and especially Beth who is a real asset!!!

GoogleWe have just completed on our house sale & purchase through Brown and Merry (Tring) which we have to say the team have been excellent and we can highly recommend. We chose Jamie and the team because we really felt there was no pushy sales pitches or gimmicks etc and felt very comfortable in their hands. Honestly we could not fault Jamie, Zack, Val and the team there and were very impressed with how professional they all were. 5 Star - Highly recommend.

TrustpilotUseless marketing skills
Despite their friendly and professional appearance, this company (Wendover branch) have proved to be all but incompetent in marketing our family home. Having redecorated the whole house to improve our sale potential, B & M failed to take any fresh photos of the house for 3 weeks! They then bungled the renewed photo set by mixing the previous photos with the new ones, making it visually a dogs dinner. Lastly the quality of the photographs was extremely poor - not highlighting any good features, not close enough, pictures of a floor, or focussing on a bed. Absolutely useless.

Both were extremely professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the whole process. Lucy provided clear communication at every stage and helped resolve all my questions quickly, even when there were complex details around the tenancy start date and the property condition. Shoaib was also very patient and ensured that the agreement reflected all the necessary updates. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to rent or let a property in Chesham.
