I want to highlight Brown and Merry's contractual fee. It is a fixed fee based on the value your property goes on the market, not the value you sell your property at which could be several thousands lower. This was not made aware to us so we got a bill for several hundreds after completion.

GoogleBrown & Merry have been an absolute disaster to deal with. We trusted them to manage our property and instead were left with tenants who caused serious damage to our home. Rather than taking responsibility or helping us put things right, they turned their back on the situation and acted as if nothing had happened.
The lack of accountability and basic customer care is shocking. If you value your property and want peace of mind, I would strongly advise avoiding them.
