I regret to say that my experience with Brown & Merry's Leighton Buzzard branch has been extremely disappointing. I accepted an offer on August 2025 and instructed them for conveyancing services immediately after. However, nearly three months later, the sale remains incomplete, with little to no progress from their sales team.
Despite repeated attempts to get updates, I have been left in the dark, with no visible effort or action on their part to move things forward. I had hoped to work with them through the process, but the lack of professionalism and urgency has led me to seriously consider switching to a different firm.
I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and professional conveyancing team. Very disappointing overall.
