GoogleAVOID!!! Rude, arrogant and condescending, every bad thing you've heard about estate agents, Bourne are it. They lied to us throughout, said there wasn't a chain, only to find out a few weeks before completion that there was, and they arrogantly tried to claim that it doesn't make a difference. They pressured us and our solicitors to complete on a certain date, only to find out that the sellers had no idea and they tried to blame it all on us, just because we were first time buyers. This left us homeless for weeks, so you can imagine the stress. Save yourself unnecessary stress and money, there are so many other estate agents on the high stress. Please please avoid!!!
