GoogleHaving never rented a property from a letting agent before only private landlords, Josiah from Bourne estate agents made the whole process from viewing the property to all the vetting paperwork straight forward and I am getting the keys to my new property within a week of my 1st viewing. I Can't recommend Josiah and Bourne enough !

GoogleHaley Prescott at Bournes did a fabulous job taking us through the purchase of our new home. I would highly recommend Haley for her professionalizm throughout what was a very Complex purchase. Haley went above and beyond to make sure that all problems were address keeping 'on the ball' all the time chasing clients and solicitors and keeping us informed of any progress. Great job Haley!!! GoogleAs a first time renter I could not be more happy that my experience was guided by the guys at Bourne (Jos and Tom in particular). They have been friendly, efficient and professional right from the start, quick with replies to emails and any concerns I came across, and happy to explain any of the more complicated matters to me without being patronising. This made a huge difference in reducing the stress of entering into property for the first time, and I would encourage anyone looking at doing the same to contact Bourne.

GoogleBack in 2009 we first used Bourne to put our starter home on the market. At the time they were a new business, Stuart (Owner) came to view our property and his professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach made our decision easy. Since then we have not looked at another firm. Having sold additional properties with the help of Stuart and Adam - Sales Director (Bourne Farnham) and also having gone down the rental route using Bourne Lettings (also Farnham) with the help of Matthew Pelford - Lettings Director. Their service is flawless both sales and rentals, and they’re good people too.

Dianne is a great help if we have any maintenance queries or issues, and Lauren has been particularly helpful with our tenancy renewal. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWith an offer proceeding on our house and almost a million quid to spend, we'd have thought at least a few of Farnham's estate agents might be interested. Truth is, only Bourne showed more than a raised eyebrow - and Rob made it his mission to find us something. He did a great job finding us options and eventually the right house, after really taking time to understand our needs. Once selected Haley flew into action - my goodness, she is a force of nature, pulling together what ended up being a chain of seven, chasing everything through fastidiously and energetically, with real-time updates. Even though we weren't Bourne's clients, we felt thoroughly supported throughout the process. Buying a house is the most stressful thing we've done - I'm so glad we had Bourne on our side.

GoogleWe've bee renting our house out through Bourne for many years and the service we received through them was exceptional. More recently we decided to sell our property. Haley at Bourne helped us to do that. She worked incredibly hard on our behalf, managing a complex and messy chain for us. It could have gone wrong in so many ways, but Haley and the team at Bourne kept it on the rails and got a great result for us. Would highly recommend them!

GoogleThis is the second time using Bourne and both times have been flawless. We dealt with Rob & Hayley and they have made the whole process of selling and buying very easy for us. Even when situations happened ( that were out of anyone’s control) they dealt with it in a quick, professional and helpful and very friendly manner . Nothing was ever too much trouble .They have both been an absolute pleasure to work with and made us feel very much individuals , as opposed to just clients! We completely recommended Bourne and their services . They are just what you need from an estate agent in what can be a stressful process!

GoogleOver the last few years Bourne has improved massively due to new employment. I am currently letting my property with them and have had next to no issues with the company, when there has been a few bumps the team have dealt with them professionally and quickly. The lettings team is exceptional and I would recommend anyone who is thinking about letting in the area to do so through Bourne. Josiah Lyon and Tom Martin have exceeded my expectations and I cannot thank them enough.

Rob has been incredible throughout as has the rest of the team and they did everything that they promised from the beginning which is so important when selling your home.
