I can’t thank the team at Bourne Estate Agents in Woking enough for all their hard work in getting our house sold. It was a long journey, but Ross and Sean were fantastic, always persistent, thorough, and kept us updated every step of the way. Their patience and attention to detail really made the difference. Also, a big thank you for recommending the removers; they were great and made the move so much easier. Highly recommended if you’re looking to buy or sell in Woking!

Had a great experience letting my flat. Mark Scoging found a new tenant within a day of visiting the flat and kept on top of the process with the new tenant moving in within 3 weeks. I'll use Bourne again.

This has genuinely been the worst experience I have ever had with any estate agent. Having been both a homeowner, a landlord and a tenant over the years, I have dealt with plenty of property professionals. From the first call to them at the Woking office they were highly professional. They came out to the property and had clearly done their research! We asked 3 agents to value our property and Bourne were the only ones to come along with extensive, relevant market data, a well thought out marketing plan based on our actual situation and they suggested a sale price higher that the other agents (and they got what they said they would for us). All in all, an exceptional experience at the same charges as the other agents. Excellent communications at all levels and at all times, just a really really good experience - happy to recommend them to anyone!

Bourne in Ash Vale facilitated the letting of my property. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. It was so efficient with me meeting the letting manager and a tenant moving in all within 3 weeks. The communication was clear, Kathryne was always so professional and always got back to me on the same day. All of the staff I’ve interacted with have been so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Bourne and always use them in the future.

Trustpilotmultiple fire safety measures not met- had to leave after 4 months
Unfortunately, I rented a flat from Bourne and had to leave just 4 months after moving in as I discovered through my own investigating that there was multiple safety requirements not met. When I raised this with Bourne they showed no urgency, understanding or concern. Like the landlord, it's clear they have no idea of the regulations put in place to keep people safe. They allowed me to rent the flat knowing it wasn't properly registered as a residential property, which meant I had no bin collections and was unable to get wifi without paying business rates. The landlord let me surrender the tenancy, I'd assumed this was so the work that needed to be done would take place but presumably not as the flat was re-let just a couple of weeks later. Overall a very disappointing experience, other than Elarose who seemed to be the only one with real compassion and prompt email responses.

The matters raised during your tenancy were recommendations rather than statutory requirements, and the landlord has been addressing these recommendations as part of ongoing improvements to the property. While we were confident the property met the necessary standards, we recognised that you were unhappy and, in an effort to reach an amicable resolution, the landlord agreed to release you from your tenancy early. We were pleased that this could be arranged for you. We are grateful for your kind comments regarding Elarose, and we will ensure your feedback is passed on to her. We wish you all the best in your new home.

Complicated process with added difficulties, but of all the people involved (vendors, solicitors, other agents, housing associations etc.) there were times that it seemed to us that Bourne were the only party that actually cared. Always chasing, always keeping us updated.
