Anna was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process and I honestly can’t thank her enough. I had a particularly difficult and slow solicitor, which could have made things incredibly stressful, but Anna went above and beyond to make sure I was always kept in the loop. She was proactive, constantly chasing for updates, and really pushed to keep things moving when progress stalled. Her communication was brilliant, regular calls, clear explanations, and she always made time to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. What really stood out was how genuinely caring and supportive she was; it never felt like “just a job.” She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made a challenging situation so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

From start to finish, Bourne have been absolutely outstanding. Securing a rental can be stressful and time-sensitive, but the team made the entire process feel seamless, professional and genuinely supportive. Communication was clear, prompt and proactive at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions I had were handled with patience and efficiency. What really stood out was their level of care. I never felt like “just another applicant.” They were organised, transparent and incredibly responsive, which made a huge difference during what can often be an anxious process. Their professionalism combined with warmth and approachability is rare, and it’s exactly why they deserve recognition. Thanks to Bourne, I’m now moving into a home I’m genuinely excited about. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They set the standard for what a letting agent should be. I would like to thank Charlotte and Hannah particularly for the exceptional way they handled my rental process. The referencing stage was more complex than usual due to some inconsistencies relating to my previous tenancy, which could easily have made the situation stressful or difficult. However, Charlotte dealt with everything calmly, professionally and with genuine understanding. She communicated clearly throughout, kept me informed at every step and handled the complications with efficiency and discretion. At no point did I feel judged or dismissed. Instead, she was proactive, solution-focused and incredibly supportive, which made a huge difference during what could have been a very tense time. Charlotte and Hannah are both an absolute credit to Bourne. Their professionalism, patience and dedication genuinely stood out, and I’m incredibly grateful for the way they managed everything. They both truly deserves recognition.

Being an estate agent myself, I can say I was very impressed with them from the start. Their honest approach to valuing my property and the feedback they provided after viewings was refreshing and they sold my flat at the asking price within a week of marketing! The sale of my property was not straightforward. However, the team were very good at communicating the issues at hand with both myself and my buyer which meant we were all on the same page. We bought our house through Bourne and we cannot fault the service. What has been great about the service Bourne provide, that unfortunately we failed to think about when choosing our own agent to sell our house, is that Jon supported us throughout the whole process. Jon showed us round the property, helped us buy the property and then helped us get to exchange and completion. With our own agents who sold our house we had to deal with different people at every point meaning no consistency of service.
