Honestly hands down David Lowther from the Alton branch has restored my faith in human nature .This man has acted so professionally,so kind and so outstanding in helping when issues have occurred within my mum’s property during the selling process .As I don’t live local David kept me informed every step of the way including resolving clearance local workman to fix a leak &flooring along with a gardener the company use.On top of this he liaised constantly between buyer ,seller &solicitor.His work ethic was exceptional .Yesterday we exchanged 😀.Without David this would not of happened.Thank you truly from the bottom of our hearts .

Fantastic service

Having bought my property through Bourne in 2022, I had no hesitation in using them for my house sale 3 years later. The Farnham branch of Bourne have been excellent throughout the process of selling my house. However I'd like to single out Rebecca, who was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. She kept me updated at every stage, and remained reassuring and calm during a lengthy and sometimes difficult and stressful process. I always felt supported by Rebecca, and always appreciated her being truthful with me. I couldn't have done it without her, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebecca and Bourne to anyone thinking of selling their home in Farnham and surrounding areas.

Poor service with Trading Standard violations

So i called this agency like 5 times for 5 diferent properties, none of them were available but the ads says just added, so this is illegal and misleading which violates Trading Standards, its basically phishing with fake adds that are no loger available to get free marketing in a way, so i have submited 3 ads to Trading Standards ombudsman for these misleading posts, and already dicussed with legal advisor who can confirm its against the trading standards and illegal.

We have had the unfortunate experience of our rental property being transferred to Bourne Estate Agents. Since the transition, we've encountered significant challenges in getting any issues with the property addressed. Our attempts to reach out through phone calls and emails have been met with silence, leaving us in a frustrating situation. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Bourne Estate Agents in good faith based on our experience.

Update from 16th January 2023. After a long and bumpy road we have finally managed to sell our property and buy a replacement via Bourne, they have been brilliant throughout. We have had many setbacks on our journey and have had to twice find a replacement buyer which has drawn out the process far longer than it would normally take. Bourne used their experience, knowledge and contacts to keep the sale alive to great effect, particularly over the impact of the autumn mini budget and the turmoil that caused on the stock markets. The market place has changed massively since the summer and Bourne have provided great support in trying to sell in that rapidly changing and falling market. There were many occasions since the summer where the delays in the sale put our purchase at risk however Bourne have been superb in dealing and liaising with the vendor of my purchase and somehow, on numerous occasions, keeping our purchase alive with them. We cannot thank them enough for this. It has been an eventful journey and very stressful and Bourne have been amazing at keeping us as calm as they could and reassured us that we will get to the end of the process and we will get the house we wanted. Lisa, Atul and Michelle have continued to be superb and, using their skills and wide experience, have provided an excellent level of service and we cannot thank them enough. I have been dealing with Bourne for a few months now on the sale of some property and the purchase of a replacement. They have been excellent in using their many contacts in marketing my property, which is targeted as a development opportunity rather than a traditional sale. I have had a significant number of viewings resulting in an interested party making an acceptable offer. All viewings were professionally conducted by various staff from Bourne causing minimum disturbance and disruption and I was given great feedback on comments from the viewers and the likelihood of the viewer being a serious candidate to move forward with. Similarly they have identified several properties to me as suitable replacements resulting in me finding a property that very closely matched my needs and aspirations. We are currently in the conveyancing process on both properties and Bourne are maintaining contact and providing great advice and assistance on related matters when needed.
